Kite Agent Hub Is Not a Broker or Advisor

KAH is a tooling platform that connects autonomous agents to third-party brokers and venues using credentials you provide. KAH does not custody funds, does not place orders on its own behalf, and is not a registered broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, swap dealer, prediction-market operator, or investment advisor in any jurisdiction. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Paper vs Live Trading

KAH supports both paper (simulated) and live connections, depending on the broker and the credentials you supply. Paper accounts are sandbox environments that simulate fills against live or replayed prices and have no financial consequence. Live accounts route real orders to real venues with real money. The user interface visually distinguishes paper and live where possible, but you are solely responsible for confirming which mode you are operating in before placing any trade.

Autonomous Agents

Agents you create on KAH may submit, modify, or cancel orders without further human input once you have given them an API token and connected broker credentials. You are responsible for the actions of any agent that uses your credentials. We strongly recommend starting on paper, applying your own position-size and stop limits, and revoking agent tokens or disconnecting brokers if anything looks wrong.

No Profit Guarantee

No agent, strategy, edge score, or Kite Collective Intelligence ("KCI") aggregate on the platform is guaranteed to be profitable. Aggregated KCI lessons are anonymized, bucketed historical observations from opted-in workspaces and are intended as decision-support context only — they are not predictions, signals, or recommendations.
