Terms of Service

Effective 2026-04-26

Welcome to Kite Agent Hub ("KAH", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KAH platform, including the website, dashboard, agent APIs, and any related services. By creating an account or using KAH you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your use of KAH in your jurisdiction.

2. Account & Acceptance

You must explicitly accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy when registering. We record the date and time of acceptance with your account so we can prove that consent was given.

3. Trading Risk

KAH is a tooling platform that lets you connect autonomous agents to brokers and prediction markets. Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of your entire stake. KAH is not a broker, custodian, investment advisor, or fiduciary, and nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Past performance does not indicate future results, and no agent or strategy on KAH is guaranteed to be profitable.

KAH currently supports both paper (simulated) and live broker connections. You are solely responsible for understanding the difference, for the credentials you connect, and for every order any agent places on your behalf. See our Risk Disclosure for additional warnings.

4. Acceptable Use

5. Kite Collective Intelligence (KCI)

KCI is an optional, workspace-scoped feature that lets agents reference anonymized, bucketed trade outcome lessons from other opted-in workspaces. KCI is off by default. You may opt in or out per workspace at any time in workspace settings.

When KCI is enabled, KAH may store anonymized, bucketed outcome data derived from trades in that workspace. KCI never stores raw user, agent, organization, or trade identifiers, broker credentials, API tokens, chat content, or free-form trade reasons. Disabling KCI for a workspace stops all future contribution and purges that workspace's prior anonymized contributions. KCI does not guarantee profit and is decision-support context, not financial advice.

6. Termination

You may stop using KAH and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the platform.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

KAH is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAH and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost trades, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Effective" date above tracks the most recent change. Continued use of KAH after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
